What happens when I reach my response limit?
On the Free tier, you'll need to upgrade to Pro to continue. On Pro, you get 20 fresh responses each month, and you can purchase response packs anytime if you need more.
What are response packs?
Response packs are bundles of additional responses that Pro subscribers can purchase anytime. They're perfect for busy research periods or larger projects. Packs come in 25, 50, or 100 responses with volume discounts.
Do response packs expire?
No, response packs never expire. Once you purchase a pack, those responses are yours to use whenever you need them. They're added to your account balance and used after your monthly allocation.
What if someone tries to interview when I'm at my limit?
Your study automatically pauses when you reach your limit. Respondents will see a friendly message explaining that the study is temporarily paused, and you'll be notified so you can upgrade or purchase a response pack to continue collecting interviews.
Does deleting an interview restore my quota?
No, usage counts are final once an interview is completed. The costs for transcription and AI analysis are incurred at the time of the interview, so deleting interview data later doesn't restore your quota. Plan your research accordingly!
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Absolutely! You can upgrade to Pro at any time and your new limits apply immediately. If you downgrade, you'll keep Pro features until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor Stripe. We also support payment via invoice for annual subscriptions.
