Yes, on Pro! Any responses you don't use in a month automatically roll over to the next month. This means you never lose responses you've paid for. Free tier responses don't roll over since they're a one-time trial allowance.
What are response packs?
Response packs are bundles of additional responses that Pro subscribers can purchase anytime. They're perfect for busy research periods or larger projects. Packs come in 25, 50, or 100 responses with volume discounts.
Do response packs expire?
No, response packs never expire. Once you purchase a pack, those responses are yours to use whenever you need them. They're added to your account balance and used after your monthly allocation.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Absolutely! You can upgrade to Pro at any time and your new limits apply immediately. If you downgrade, you'll keep Pro features until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
